Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will assess the item and provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.
Handmade Products
All Moon & Mane Soul Ropes products are handmade. Minor variations in colour, pattern, knotting or finish may occur between individual products and are not considered faults.
Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
